Shipping + Returns

Domestic

All domestic orders ship within three to five business days via Priority USPS. A flat rate of $7 will be charged for shipping. You will be notified by email once your item has been shipped, and a tracking number will be provided. 

If you're doing some last minute shopping and need your little lady sooner, please email info@dfordolls.com with delivery time information and I will do my best to accommodate you! 

Returns

Happy supporters are what I strive for! If there are any problems with your piece when it arrives, please email info@dfordolls.com, or fill out the contact form within 14 days of package delivery for a full refund for regularly priced items. After the 14th day, only a store credit can be offered as a refund. 

All sale items are final.

Any returns must be in their original packaging and undamaged for refund or store credit to be granted.
